TOSSM - APKASS Registration Rates


Registration procedure

Please note that your registration can not be processed without payment. Online registration for TOSSM & APKASS 2020 is encouraged. All registration will be confirmed via email. This confirmation must be presented at the on-site registration desk in order to receive the congress kit and access badge. If you do not receive confirmation within two weeks of submission, please contact [email protected].

Attendees can also be able to pay for their on-site registrations in US dollars, by credit card (American Express, Master Card and Visa Card).

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation will be subject to a US $100 processing fee and may take up to three weeks to be processed. Requests for refunds must be received in writing by sending email to [email protected] within 23:59 hours (GMT +7:00 Thailand time) of October 31, 2020. No refunds will be issued after the mentioned date and time.

Refunds will not be issued for any events or services included in the Congress that are not used at the discretion of the participant.

You will receive an invitation letter in return by email.


As a consequence of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and its uncertainty, the TOSSM-APKASS 2020 Congress is postponed to 30 September- 2 October 2021 in Pattaya, Thailand.


The difficult decision to move the date of the congress has been made by our team in order to protect the health and well being of all of our participants, partners, faculty, and staff. It is also based on current WHO advice and local government advice regarding travel and social distancing. The new dates for the Congress will be from 30 September- 2 October 2021, with the Pre-congress on 29 September 2021. The Congress website will be updated to reflect the rescheduled dates.


If you are a registered participant, have already booked a hotel room through our hotel registration service, are a faculty member, are an abstract submitter, or are an exhibitor/sponsor, we will be communicating with you directly as soon as possible.

Due to newly moved conference date, fully paid registrant who is unable to attend has the right for either option;

In addition, we would also like to extend our sympathy and solidarity with those of you that have been severely affected by this COVID-19 crisis. We have utmost admiration in the work of all of our worldwide colleagues and friends who are working at the front lines in response to this pandemic and hope you all stay safe.
